- Leads the trainings for all planning systems with different levels of expertise (Introduction, beginners, intermediate, advance) and helps current and new users to reach the optimum level of knowledge depending on their role. Deliver the trainings, in combination with the planning leaders (demand, supply and inventory).Works to resolve user concerns and records improvement requests from the planning organizations, under a clear governance process to prioritize and look for alternatives to resolve the need.Aids in the evolution of applications, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state by maintaining an understanding of how current processes impact business operations; mapping current state against future state processes; identifying value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies; defining the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream solution components; providing recommendations to management on how to integrate requirements with current systems and business processes.Generates regular reports to business partners on the progress of projects, and the overall health of the technology stack.Follows sustainable process improvement by diagnosing complex business problems and providing recommended plans to deliver process improvements through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma Principles.Performs additional duties as directed.
