Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Start Date: 12/01/25
- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM CST
- One weekend day every 4th week
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2C customers (leads only; no cold calling)
- Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and guide them through options
- Communicate pricing and collect initial lease payments
- Upsell relevant products based on customer requirements
- Document interactions and follow up promptly
What You Need
- 1+ year of sales or commission-based retail experience
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling multiple systems
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by earning potential
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reside in the United States
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
