Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- Standard business hours with flexibility to support project timelines
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and manage updates for Progressive’s embedded media program
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address challenges and meet strategic goals
- Schedule and attend meetings, capturing updates and next steps
- Maintain documentation, including project timelines, agreements, and communications
- Track KPIs to ensure program alignment with financial and strategic objectives
- Manage communications, respond to partner inquiries, and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED + 6 years of marketing or digital media experience
OR Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of related experience - Strong meeting facilitation and documentation skills
- Experience using data for decision-making; proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of digital media, UX/UI, and Agile practices
- Experience managing budgets and partner relationships in a consultative role preferred
Compensation
- $59,600 – $96,100 annually (depending on experience/position level)
- Gainshare annual incentive bonus of up to 24%–30% of eligible earnings
