About the role:
We are searching for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing & Brand Engagement team. If you are a true digital enthusiast we want to hear from you!
This role will be responsible for supporting our global digital strategy by creating compelling content for our digital platforms. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, provide digital support on global marketing projects and manage content across various digital channels.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for the day to day management of BCD M&E’s social Media channels
- Create engaging content for social media platforms that drives engagement and growth.
- Monitor social media platforms and engage with followers to build relationships.
- Develop and execute BCD M&E’s brand ambassador program, identifying and collaborating with influencers and thought leaders within our company.
- Work with Strategic Communications Specialist to produce BCD M&E’s weekly newsletter ‘The Point’
- Assist with weekly content curation.
- Test and optimize email campaigns to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on the creation of blog content, including writing and editing articles.
- Optimize blog content to enhance its visibility for search engines.Top of Form
- Offer assistance for global marketing campaigns through digital marketing support, which includes:
- Creating, managing, and maintaining email marketing workflows that are specific to each campaign.
- Providing support for social media initiatives related to the campaign.
- Developing landing pages to optimize the campaign’s success.
- Updating relevant sections of the BCD M&E website to reflect the campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver monthly reports for the team and the wider business.
- Analyze social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and fine-tune strategies accordingly
- Evaluate email marketing metrics regularly and provide reports on campaign performance.
- Track website performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Assess campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
You’re good at:
- Captivating B2B audiences through creative, engaging storytelling across digital platforms
- Using social media to drive awareness
- Creating campaigns that build brand trust and highlight products/services
You might also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience working as part of a global team
- Meetings & Events industry experience
- Experience using HubSpot, Loomly, Canva or Matomo.
