- Standard business hours, with flexibility to align with campaign schedules and team needs
What You’ll Do
- Lead the overall strategy and execution for digital marketing initiatives across Floranext’s channels
- Set channel strategy and build quarterly marketing plans across paid and owned channels to generate leads and pipeline
- Plan, launch, and manage SEM and social media campaigns from concept through optimization
- Own content creation for digital channels to support brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Develop, track, and analyze digital and web analytics to measure performance and inform future decisions
- Optimize lead acquisition and activation strategies based on channel performance data
- Strengthen brand awareness in the floral industry and help drive new customer growth
- Work across strategy and execution, shifting comfortably between planning and hands on campaign build out
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar analytical role
- Experience with digital and web analytics tools and turning data into action
- Hands on experience leading SEM and social media campaigns
- Comfortable working both at the strategy level and in the details of campaign execution
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast moving environment
- Commercial mindset with a creative approach to messaging and campaigns
- Familiarity with the florist industry or experience working in a flower shop is a strong plus, but not required
