- Full-time, remote-only role
- Must be based in the United States

What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels
- Set channel strategy and build quarterly marketing plans to drive leads and pipeline
- Own content creation across channels (website, email, social, campaigns)
- Plan, launch, and optimize SEM and social media campaigns
- Track and analyze digital channel performance, using insights to improve acquisition and activation
- Build and strengthen brand awareness while driving measurable sales impact
- Balance strategy and hands-on execution, from planning to building and deploying campaigns
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar analytical role
- Experience with digital and web analytics tools
- Hands-on experience leading SEM and social campaigns
- Comfort working end-to-end: strategy, setup, copy, creative coordination, and optimization
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Commercial mindset and creative problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with the florist industry or experience working in a flower shop is a big plus
