Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Expected 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and CRM projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Ad Launch, SEO, CRM, Support) to ensure smooth collaboration
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track performance against KPIs, budgets, and deadlines
- Identify risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements in project management tools (Asana, etc.)
- Provide transparency and regular updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project evaluations and share insights for future success
What You Need
- 3+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, landing pages, and CRM workflows
- Proficiency with Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of budget management and performance tracking
