Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Compensation: $19–$22 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and account management for customers using FMG’s highest-level services.
- Deliver expertise on FMG’s products, services, and compliance processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, offering solutions and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and concerns.
- Share and review monthly content calendars and marketing strategies with clients.
- Educate customers on leveraging FMG Dashboard tools, including client/prospect segmentation.
- Assist with marketing calendar execution and related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (account management experience a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-first mindset with ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to updates in technology and procedures.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up) and a distraction-free workspace.
