Home/office environment with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations for team meetings and photo shoots (twice per quarter).
What You’ll Do
⦁ Design across the full brand ecosystem for both consumer and HCP audiences, across owned and paid channels
⦁ Create high-impact assets for campaigns, toolkits, social and digital content, sales materials, and events/conferences
⦁ Translate creative direction into cohesive visual executions that strengthen brand consistency and distinction
⦁ Collaborate with the Creative Producer and Brand team to deliver channel-appropriate work that performs
⦁ Support the VP of Brand (and future Creative Director) in evolving the visual identity and raising the bar on design excellence
⦁ Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and production teams, giving clear direction and thoughtful feedback
⦁ Create light motion assets and animations for social and digital channels
⦁ Build and maintain brand toolkits including templates, visual systems, and design standards that enable scale
⦁ Present ideas clearly and explain the “why” behind design decisions to creative and non-creative stakeholders
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio
⦁ 4–7 years of design experience (in-house or agency)
⦁ Strong craft in typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling
⦁ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
⦁ Comfort creating light motion/animation (After Effects or similar)
⦁ Systems-minded approach: organized, consistent, able to bring clarity to creative chaos
⦁ Ability to move from concept to execution and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
⦁ CPG, wellness, or mission-driven brand experience preferred

⦁ Salary range: $75,600–$92,100 (OTE includes base plus variable component)
