What You’ll Do
- Represent healthcare providers in insurance disputes across the administrative appeals process
- Draft and oversee complex contractual appeals and legal correspondence
- Interpret state and federal regulations and payer policies to resolve denied claims
- Lead training, performance oversight, and mentorship for recovery staff
- Represent clients in Administrative Law Judge hearings when needed
- Track performance metrics and manage high-balance account reviews
What You Need
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensed attorney in at least one state
- Experience in healthcare or organizational law
- Strong grasp of Commercial, Government, Managed Care, and ERISA regulations
