Schedule
- Full-time, remote eligible (based in Phoenix, AZ or nationwide)
- 40-hour work week with work-life balance
- Inbound leads only—no cold calling
What You’ll Do
- Review financial statements and credit reports to assess client eligibility
- Handle inbound calls and applications from marketing-driven leads
- Gather client information, analyze financial needs, and present solutions
- Consult with clients and guide them through debt relief program enrollment
- Maintain ongoing relationships and provide accurate financial analysis
What You Need
- 3+ years of continuous sales experience (inside/phone preferred)
- Commissioned sales track record with proven top-ranking performance
- Lending or financial services experience preferred but not required
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and persuasive skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + uncapped monthly commissions ($42K–$200K potential annually)
