Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Reports to the Director of Lead Generation
- Target-driven environment with monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
What You’ll Do
- Manage your own pipeline of origination leads and schedule calls between site owners and Account Managers
- Track performance against personal targets and ensure sales pipeline stability
- Contribute feedback to improve CRM systems, data mining processes, and marketing initiatives
- Support strategic projects and product development to maintain a competitive edge
What You Need
- Prior call center sales experience
- Strong rapport-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with finance concepts (IRR, NPV required)
- Knowledge of real estate closing processes a plus
- Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables preferred
- Some college or equivalent experience
