The Data Quality Manager (DQM) is a new position at Let’s Get Ready and will report to the Associate Director of Data and Salesforce. The DQM will play a critical role in managing, cleaning and working with program data on LGR’s students and coaches with a strong focus toward supporting our data systems and processes. The DQM will help ensure that the program’s data adheres to a high standard of quality and accuracy. In addition, this role will provide substantial support with new student enrollment and serve as a resource to program teams regarding data and related applications, including Salesforce.

The successful DQM candidate will have some experience working in Excel, Google Sheets and/or other data-related applications. In addition, they will demonstrate an eagerness to continue developing their data skills, including learning Salesforce (if needed) and strengthening their Google Sheets/Excel skills to become a high-quality resource for their colleagues. They will possess strong organizational skills that help them keep track of and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. The Data Quality Manager will have exceptional people skills, will be detail-oriented, and will enjoy applying those skills to data tasks to support colleagues across our program teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning, Preparation, and Quality Assurance: (60%)

  • Clean and prepare quantitative and qualitative data files for upload into Salesforce and other applications, including student enrollment, student-coach engagement, college milestones, and other program record data.
  • Create and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including but not limited to: SAT scores and other data, student application data, and contact information for students currently receiving services from Let’s Get Ready.
  • Monitor Salesforce and Google Sheets dashboards to ensure high-quality data and uninterrupted service for Program and Partnership team users, updating and troubleshooting when appropriate.

Salesforce User Support: (30%)

  • Develop Salesforce skills (if needed) through combination of training with supervisor, Salesforce’s online learning modules, and hands-on experience.
  • Provide first-step troubleshooting assistance for issues and questions related to Salesforce, escalating to supervisor when appropriate.
  • Update key Salesforce reports and dashboards throughout the year.
  • Support with the Data and Evaluation team’s Salesforce training initiatives.

Other Responsibilities and Duties: (10%)

  • Keep documentation up to date for key processes held by this role, updating as needed.
  • Work with supervisor to identify and learn new technical skills to aid in Data’s team’s overall support to colleagues and organization, as well as to continue professional development within role and career.

Education and Experience:

  • College degree required.
  • Data-related college coursework or equivalent work experience.
  • Beginner- to intermediate-level experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with willingness and interest to continue to develop skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects to completion and with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus but not required; willingness and interest to develop Salesforce skills is required.

Location & Hours:

This is a remote, full-time position that requires employees to be available for work and collaboration between standard work day hours (Eastern time). Employees will be issued a work laptop and initial work-from-home stipend (see below).

Compensation and Benefits:

$48,000.00 – $50,000.00 with excellent benefits and a flexible working environment.

Salary commensurate with work experience and skill level.
