Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote in the U.S.
- Cross-functional collaboration with PX operations, billing, call center, engineering, and leadership
- High-ownership role leading roadmap-critical initiatives
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end development of ML models for experience quality, churn/risk prediction, and personalized patient outreach
- Design and deploy GenAI solutions (LLM assistants for agent coaching, self-service automation, and patient support)
- Advance an LLM-powered QA engine to surface pain points and service opportunities across channels
- Translate business problems into scalable, production-ready science solutions; partner closely with PX stakeholders
- Own experimentation: define metrics, run A/B tests, analyze lift, and iterate to drive measurable impact
- Mentor data scientists/analysts on modeling best practices, prioritization, and delivery discipline
What You Need
- 5+ years in Data Science/ML/GenAI with proven product impact (healthcare, operations, or enterprise platforms)
- Advanced Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) and solid ML toolkit (regression, classification, clustering)
- Hands-on LLM experience (OpenAI, LangChain, prompt design/tuning, embeddings)
- Strong A/B testing and causal inference chops; comfort operationalizing models with cross-functional teams
- Clear storytelling—turn complex findings into decisions and action
- Preferred: LLM eval frameworks/fine-tuning, strong SQL, large-scale data (Snowflake/WS data lake), AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Lambda), and exposure to Salesforce/Twilio or call-center data
