What will YOU be doing for us? Review the accuracy of claims and authorizations entered by claims processors. Accurately identify discrepancies in a timely manner and report results to management. What will YOU be working on every day?
Review data entered on processed claims and authorizations for accuracy.
Review audit reports to identify and correct discrepancies as appropriate.
Utilize internal tools to track results and performance at individual and team level.
Maintain proficiency with data entry guidelines and unique client requirements.
Manage work queues efficiently in order to meet critical department turnaround times.
Provide error feedback to the data entry processors when discrepancies are identified in a constructive, educational and professional manner.
Track results of audits and report findings to management for quality review and assessment.
Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed.
Work with other team members cohesively on claims related projects and work.
Identify potential training opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Level of Experience
1 or more years of experience in data entry
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong data entry/typing skills (speed of 7000 ksph or higher)
Excellent attention to detail
High degree of accuracy
Strong communication skills
