- Full-time, remote role based in the United States
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on project and team needs
- Cross-functional collaboration with Data Analytics, Product Management, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Impact teams
What You’ll Do
- Interpret, analyze, and map claims, price transparency, and clinical data using Clarify’s platform and data assets
- Build and execute quantitative analyses using SQL and other tools (such as SAS, R, or Python) for customer projects, product development, and research
- Shape customer-facing reports and insights from client environments and underlying data sources
- Present findings to customers and respond to both tactical and strategic data questions
- Help maximize NPS, customer satisfaction, and revenue by meeting or exceeding individual and team goals
- Establish strong, credible relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison with data vendors, partners, and advisors to support high quality analytics
- Become an expert on Clarify’s data sources, how they are mapped and used, and the value they deliver to customers and the broader healthcare ecosystem
- Translate data and informatics needs from internal teams and prospects into clear requirements for Clarify offerings
- Contribute to documentation, internal resources, and cross-team knowledge sharing sessions
What You Need
- Passion for Clarify’s mission and for improving healthcare through data
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience (for example consulting, healthcare analytics, technology, or SaaS)
- At least 1 year of experience with healthcare providers, payers, and/or life sciences (strongly preferred)
- Experience in quantitative research or analytics, ideally in healthcare topics
- Expert SQL querying skills required; experience with R and Python preferred
- Familiarity with clinical coding systems such as ICD-9/10, CPT, revenue codes, NPI, and NDC
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects to completion
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively on interdisciplinary teams
- Graduate degree in public health, epidemiology, health policy, economics, or a related field is a plus but not required
