Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must live in AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- One evening shift until 9 PM and one Saturday shift (8 AM – 4 PM) every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Verify customer loan details through inbound and outbound calls (identity, SSN, address, employment, project completion)
- Recognize unusual information and use critical thinking to resolve issues
- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
- Document verification notes according to company procedures
- Respond to customer account inquiries about interest, statements, or loan terms
- Identify and escalate potential risk or verification issues
- Handle dealer calls regarding disputes, project completion, or applicant contact challenges
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of FFC policies and verification procedures
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience (required)
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
- Strong computer and typing skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle deadlines and adapt to change productively
