Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Must maintain overlapping hours with EST and PST
- Weekend availability required
What You’ll Do
- Monitor agent performance (quality, productivity, attendance) with QA goals above 90%
- Provide structured coaching, feedback, and training to agents
- Handle occasional customer escalations and serve as a product expert
- Ensure schedule adherence and productivity standards are met
- Maintain coaching logs and deliver written performance updates
- Drive team culture through delegation, development, and team-building activities
What You Need
- 2+ years of coaching experience with proven results
- 2+ years of management experience in customer service
- 2+ years of hands-on customer service experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and feedback delivery skills
- Ability to set and track SMART goals for team performance
- Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect
