Responsibilities
- Respond to Tier 1 customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical SaaS product issues
- Escalate bugs and product defects to engineering teams
- Provide clear, timely communication to customers and internal teams
- Create and update knowledge-base content, FAQs, and internal documentation
- Own customer issues with empathy and follow-through
- Work cross-functionally with support, product, and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven SaaS troubleshooting and technical support experience
- Strong diagnostic, research, and problem-solving skills
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Ability to prioritize high-volume tickets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience providing B2B technical support
- Ability to master new tools, systems, and workflows quickly
- Technical writing skills for documentation and knowledge-base content
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience at a SaaS startup
- Zendesk or similar ticketing system experience
- Knowledge of landscaping, arborist, or green-industry operations
