Schedule
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week
- 100% remote work
- Requires a stable internet connection and computer headset for calls
- Standard business hours with some flexibility based on customer demand
- Collaborates closely with a small, distributed team
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-touch, personalized support to florist customers in both Spanish and English
- Connect with customers via phone, chat, and email to answer questions and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems, including basic computing and printer setup
- Walk customers through Floranext’s website, POS, and event tools with patience and clarity
- Diagnose issues calmly, document key details, and follow through until resolution
- Empathize with small business owners and help them use the platform to run and grow their shops
- Learn and adapt as the software evolves, contributing feedback and ideas to improve support
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people and helping them solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, professional tone
- Comfort learning and working with evolving SaaS and web-based tools
- Ability to listen patiently, stay calm under pressure, and empathize with customers
- Basic computing skills; experience with printer setup or remote support is a plus
- Interest or experience in the floral industry is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full time
