What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle incoming support cases and phone calls for UKG Workforce Ready (Workforce Ready UKG Product)

⦁ Troubleshoot client configuration/build issues using knowledge bases, manuals, and internal/external resources

⦁ Prioritize cases by severity based on SLAs and deliver timely solutions while keeping satisfaction high

⦁ Manage a caseload to departmental goals and document troubleshooting + customer interactions clearly

⦁ Identify trends, communicate recurring issues, and share best practices with the team

⦁ Review case history so customers feel understood and supported in context

⦁ Build relationships with assigned client admins so it feels like a partnership, not a ticket factory

What You Need

⦁ 2+ years of customer support experience

⦁ Experience troubleshooting technical issues

⦁ Preferred: 1+ year of UKG Workforce Ready experience

⦁ Experience with HCM systems and/or similar system knowledge

⦁ Experience running payroll

⦁ Knowledge of federal/state/local payroll tax laws and regulations

⦁ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

⦁ Understanding of operating systems, networking concepts/protocols, and software applications

⦁ Experience working on a remote team
