What You’ll Do
⦁ Provide phone and email support with heavy volume (500+ calls and emails per week), using strong active listening to capture urgency and needs
⦁ Troubleshoot and replicate issues, document resolutions clearly, and escalate priority cases while partnering with Product and Development when needed
⦁ Support retention and growth by generating service and sales leads, sharing customer feedback internally, and occasionally traveling to events or trade shows

What You Need
⦁ Experience with orthodontics SaaS systems (preferred: Tops, Greyfinch, Ortho2, or Cloud9) and comfort troubleshooting integrated systems
⦁ Strong remote work habits: self-motivated, coachable, team-first, and able to build trust with customers and internal partners
⦁ Ability to move with urgency, manage obstacles, and hit performance targets (including Level 1 certification within 120 days)
