Schedule

- Priority for Pacific Time (excluding WA) and Australia-based candidates
- Must support live chat coverage and queue performance
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound chat support in Intercom
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve or escalate as needed
- Follow up on pending/snoozed conversations
- Validate and contribute to macros, articles, and bot responses
- Track patterns and report trends
- Stay up-to-date on product changes
- Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams
What You Need
- Experience with Intercom, Zoom, Slack, or similar tools
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Self-driven, accountable, and eager to grow
- Comfort communicating in support and training settings
