- Collaborative role supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Department: Oncology Division
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and sales representatives within your assigned region
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, documenting all communications and actions taken
- Collaborate with medical professionals and internal teams to resolve missing information and ensure fast turnaround of results
- Communicate sample delays or cancellations and coordinate redraws when needed
- Research and resolve escalated issues through phone and email channels, maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Develop a strong understanding of Natera’s oncology testing portfolio and related processes
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need
- Associate degree or 2–5 years of related experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in healthcare, laboratory, or clinical settings
- Experience managing both phone-based and written communication with customers
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-pressure situations with composure
- Proficiency in GSuite and CRM tools (Salesforce ServiceCloud experience preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Bilingual communication skills a plus
