What You’ll Do
- Become a product expert on the Promoboxx platform and support both external and internal users.
- Manage support inboxes using template responses and AI tools to resolve user inquiries efficiently.
- Respond to inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats while maintaining a professional, upbeat tone.
- Conduct 1:1 platform training sessions and make outbound calls to assist retailers.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.
- Document support interactions and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What You Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- High motivation and pride in producing quality, independent work
- Tech-savvy mindset with confidence learning new platforms
