Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, MO, IN, VA, or TX)
- 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts (including rotating weekends)
- Available between 8 AM – 9 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, text, and email
- Assist pet parents with appointment scheduling, care guidance, and general questions
- Route medical inquiries to licensed TeleAdvice veterinary team
- Collaborate with clinics and operations to ensure seamless service
- Represent Petfolk with empathy and professionalism in every interaction
What You Need
- 1+ year experience in veterinary reception, client service, or customer care
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Vetspire, Gladly CRM, EMR systems, Slack, or Google Suite
