- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday — 10:30am to 9:00pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers regarding insurance policies
- Process service requests (add/remove vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents, etc.)
- Assist customers with questions about coverage or policy benefits and make necessary updates
- Retain policyholders by offering solutions to reduce cancellations
What You Need
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn policy details and explain them clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on customer retention
- Willingness to obtain P&C license within 60 days (paid by Jerry.ai)
