What You’ll Do
- Support customers primarily via chat, plus email and phone
- Guide users through product processes and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- De-escalate distressed customers and drive timely resolutions
- Document and share feedback to improve support materials, tools, and workflows
- Communicate clearly and professionally while collaborating with teammates and leadership
- Advocate for customers by sharing recurring issues and improvement ideas
- Meet performance goals by using tools/resources effectively and managing interactions well
- Stay on top of training, personal growth, and continuous improvement
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and support new team members
- Help maintain a positive, solutions-first team culture
What You Need
- 2+ years in customer support
- Preferred: legal services or litigation support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and active listening
- Comfortable working fast, multitasking, and adapting to change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong time management and comfort using tech to stay organized/automate where possible
- Customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and calm under pressure
