What You’ll Do
- Support customers through chat and email
- Document customer pain points and advocate for product improvements
- Create educational resources for users
- Partner with tier 2 support and engineering to troubleshoot technical issues
What You Need
- 2+ years of SaaS support experience (bonus for Shopify or technical tools)
- Strong written English communication
- Comfort with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts
- Ability to work independently in an async environment
- Experience with support tools like Pylon, Notion, etc.
