Schedule
- Full time, remote role based in the United States
- Friday through Monday schedule
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (four 10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
- Hourly role with overtime potential when needed
- Remote first environment with teammates across the country
What You’ll Do
- Support Abridge users by troubleshooting issues and answering questions with care, clarity, and accuracy
- Handle incoming support requests in the CRM, track every contact, and document resolutions for future analysis
- Dig into complex technical or product issues and work through them instead of just passing them on
- Provide clear user feedback to product and operations so pain points and patterns are surfaced quickly
- Follow privacy and security guidelines while you work inside healthcare facing tools
- Partner with teammates to keep response times tight and user satisfaction high
What You Need
- 2 or more years in a Tier 1 or Lead customer support or customer service role, ideally on a technology focused support team
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain technical troubleshooting in simple language
- High comfort with computers, web based tools, and CRM or ticketing systems
- Very organized, able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
- Results driven mindset with the ability to work at speed in a fast paced, changing environment
- Curiosity and persistence when solving issues, rather than giving up at the first hurdle
- Experience with privacy sensitive systems or healthcare environments is a plus
