Core10 is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will deliver best-in-class support to financial institution clients leveraging our Accrue banking technology platform. You will be responsible for providing friendly and responsive customer service, making backend configuration changes, triaging escalations internally, and communicating cross-functionally to improve the overall customer experience.
