Schedule
- Full time, remote role
- Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST
- Must have high speed internet: at least 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Work from a quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for calls and focused support
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers via phone, email, fax, and mail, answering questions and handling day to day requests
- Research and resolve issues related to orders, returns, credits, and shipments
- Handle complaints with urgency and follow them through to a satisfactory resolution
- Clarify issues, explore options, and implement solutions, escalating complex problems when needed
- Redirect specialized questions to the correct internal teams such as Audiology or technical support
- Maintain accurate customer records and profiles in the database
- Work cross functionally with other departments to deliver an effortless customer experience
- Consistently meet stated KPIs for quality, productivity, and responsiveness
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years B2B customer service or 3 years B2C customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication with strong active listening skills
- Proven ability to show empathy and handle sensitive customer situations
- At least 2 years of SAP experience; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Conversational Spanish preferred
- Reliable high speed home internet that meets or exceeds 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Detail focused, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
