Schedule
- Fully remote role (must have space for an at-home workstation)
- Availability required between 7:00am and 8:00pm
- Schedule may vary based on shift needs and coverage expectations
What You’ll Do
⦁ Provide customer service and technical support for Itamar Medical products and services
⦁ Handle inbound phone calls and emails, troubleshooting issues and responding quickly and professionally
⦁ Research and resolve customer concerns using guidelines and policies, escalating unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager
⦁ Maintain accurate documentation of actions, discussions, and outcomes
⦁ Educate customers on products and services in a clear, non-technical way
⦁ Retain customers through high-quality support and problem resolution
What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of customer support and/or technical support experience
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics simply
⦁ Comfort working independently in a remote environment, while collaborating with a team when needed
⦁ Experience with common tools and systems (MS Office, Windows, remote support tools; SQL exposure is a plus)
⦁ Patience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure
⦁ Salesforce experience preferred
⦁ Bachelor’s degree preferred
