Schedule
- Part time, remote position
- Average 20 hours per week, never more than 30 hours
- Flexible scheduling that can include days, evenings, and weekends based on seasonal needs
- Must be comfortable working during peak sports seasons when volume increases
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions and issues by email and other channels in a friendly, professional way
- Troubleshoot account, access, and platform problems and guide users step by step to a solution
- Listen carefully to understand what customers are experiencing and match them with the best fix
- Escalate outages, bugs, or critical issues that impact the user or viewer experience
- Update and maintain customer account information accurately in company systems
- Meet and consistently aim to exceed individual and team performance targets
- Work with supervisors and teammates on special projects and new initiatives as needed
What You Need
- Passion for track and field or cross country, with enough knowledge to relate to athletes, coaches, and fans
- At least one year of customer service experience in a support, service, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical steps in plain language
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and follow through
- Sense of urgency and accountability when handling customer issues and open tickets
- Solid time management skills to balance multiple conversations and tasks at once
- Proven success working remotely with discipline, focus, and self motivation
- Genuine desire to help people and create positive customer experiences every time
- Experience with MileSplit or DirectAthletics is a plus but not required
