Want a real work-from-home gig where you can choose your hours and you don’t need prior tax experience? This seasonal contractor role supports TurboTax customers with navigation help, locating prior returns, and escalating issues when needed, across phone, chat, and video support.

What You Need
• Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking across multiple systems

• Mac users: limited acceptance (Intel-based Mac running Windows 11 via Boot Camp)
Benefits
• Flexible schedule and fully remote work
• Earnings: up to $0.30 per talk minute ($0.31 bilingual Spanish/English) plus incentives
• Contractors meeting metrics average about the equivalent of $20/hour, with peak incentives

Real talk: this is a contractor role, not a W-2 job. That means no benefits, no tax withholding, and you’ll want to set money aside for taxes. But if you want flexibility and can handle high-volume seasonal support, this can be a strong earn-between-now-and-April play.
