About Working Solutions
Working Solutions connects independent contractor agents with remote customer support opportunities. On this program, you’ll support Intuit TurboTax customers through phone support (with video capability) and chat.
Schedule
- Contract, seasonal through April 15, 2026
- Program hours: 7:00am–11:00pm CST, Monday–Sunday
- Flexible scheduling: you choose your hours

What You’ll Do
- Guide TurboTax customers through the software
- Answer account-related questions
- Help customers locate prior returns
- Support customers via phone (with video chat capability) and chat
What You Need
- Sincere desire to help customers
- Tech-savvy and comfortable on a computer
- Able to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Work setup: quiet, uninterrupted space; organized desk; camera-ready appearance when needed
- Tech requirements:
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Windows 11
- Broadband internet (recommended 10 Mbps+), wired connection only (no Wi-Fi/mobile)
- Updated antivirus software
- USB headset with mic
- Webcam (may be provided to some applicants, limited availability)
- Mac note: limited to Intel-based Macs running Windows 11 via Boot Camp
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Residency restriction: not available to contractors in CA, NY, PA, or WA
Benefits
- Pay is performance-based: up to $0.30 per talk minute ($0.31 bilingual Spanish/English) plus incentives
- Many contractors who meet/exceed metrics average the equivalent of about $20/hour (per posting)
- Note: this is an independent contractor role (no employee benefits)
