About Working Solutions
Working Solutions partners with major brands to provide high-quality customer support through a network of independent contractors. For this project, you’ll support Intuit TurboTax users as they navigate their tax software. They provide the training, you bring the professionalism, and together you help customers feel confident during tax season.
Schedule
⦁ Seasonal contract through April 15, 2026 (Tax Day)
⦁ Fully remote within the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
⦁ Program hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Sunday
⦁ You choose your own hours within program times (weekday and weekend options)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Assist customers with Intuit TurboTax software navigation, including locating prior returns and amendments
⦁ Provide customer support via phone (with video capability) and chat
⦁ Clearly communicate steps, options, and next actions in a friendly, professional tone
⦁ Escalate complex issues when appropriate, following provided guidelines
⦁ Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and empathy while handling back-to-back customer interactions
What You Need
⦁ Sincere desire to help customers and deliver calm, clear support
⦁ Strong tech skills and confidence using multiple computer systems at once
⦁ Ability to multitask while staying organized and focused
⦁ Quiet, distraction-free workspace with an organized desk area
⦁ Professional on-camera appearance for video-enabled support
⦁ Ability to work as an independent contractor and pass a criminal background check
