Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Tactacam LLC, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional support for our diverse range of products, services, and advanced applications. Working remotely, you’ll be on the front lines, leveraging your exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills to address technical inquiries and meet customer needs swiftly and expertly.

Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier technical support.
Engage with customers via phone and other channels.
Diagnose and solve technical problems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Project Management Certification or Degree preferred.

Exceptional leadership, team management skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Desired Skills

Start-up experience a plus 

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to drive project outcomes and consensus among stakeholders.

Ability to lead and facilitate productive brainstorming sessions, documenting discussions and providing clear direction.

Familiarity with Gantt charts and project planning tools to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
