What You’ll Do
⦁ Respond to customer emails, tickets, and feature requests (mostly async, minimal phone/chat)
⦁ Help customers work through complex questions, including investigating and explaining “the math” when needed
⦁ Categorize common issues and surface trends to improve the product and support workflows
⦁ Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate user feedback into improvements
⦁ Diagnose issues thoughtfully, test assumptions, and document what’s really happening behind the question
What You Need
⦁ Strong written English communication (clear, helpful, concise business writing)
⦁ Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm and analytical with frustrated users
⦁ Solid organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
⦁ Product intuition for what confuses users and how software can be improved
⦁ Comfort learning a consumer product deeply and writing sample ticket responses during interviews
