Schedule
Full-time, remote (US). Customer support work will include email, live chat, and phone. Cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Respond to customer technical support questions via email, chat, and phone
⦁ Troubleshoot errors and offer clear solutions or next steps
⦁ Create and manage users, password resets, and profile updates
⦁ Triage support requests to the right internal teams when needed
⦁ Configure objects, layouts, and workflows using Salesforce admin functions
⦁ Extract specification data from Word, Excel, and PDF files for accurate entry
⦁ Document best practices to strengthen the support team over time
⦁ Assist Project Managers and Business Analysts with ad hoc support tasks

What You Need

⦁ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience with strong technical/communication skills)
⦁ 1–3 years of customer support experience, ideally in tech or manufacturing
⦁ Exposure to SaaS and industries like consumer goods, food and beverage, packaging, or supply chain
⦁ Strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort juggling multiple priorities
⦁ Clear written and verbal communication, with a customer-first mindset
⦁ Proactive, execution-driven attitude in a fast-moving environment
