- Co-working access available in Boston (HQ), New York City, and Denver
- Collaborative environment with “Focus Fridays” (no meetings after 1 p.m.) and summer half-days
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality functional and technical support to customers and partners using the Spoiler Alert platform.
- Monitor customer activity and system alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage inbound tickets, triage problems, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Conduct customer check-ins, document feedback, and share insights to improve adoption.
- Generate and deliver recurring analytics and reporting through BI tools.
- Assist with onboarding and configuration tasks during new customer implementations.
- Create and update customer-facing documentation and internal process guides.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Spoiler Alert’s technology, features, and workflows.
What You Need
- 2+ years in customer support, customer success, or professional services for a B2B or SaaS company
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Kustomer, etc.)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex technical concepts
- Attention to detail and a drive to meet and exceed KPIs
- Passion for sustainability, technology, and improving food system efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise or BI tools in areas like ERP, supply chain, or analytics
- Experience in CPG or grocery retail industries (supply chain, sustainability, finance, or trade promotion)
