Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
Preferred: Candidates near hubs in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Houston, or Chicago (you’ll support customers across time zones)
Pay: $21/hour
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, accurate support
• Build and maintain strong buyer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Provide product details including pricing, availability, and order status
• Monitor and track orders to support timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain updated customer accounts and thorough documentation
• Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to improve the customer experience
• Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement
• Support administrative tasks like data entry and reporting
What You Need
• Experience in customer support/customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with CRM systems and customer databases
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for local food systems and sustainable agriculture
• Team-first mindset with a proactive, positive approach
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
