If you want a steady, mission-driven customer support role where you’re building real relationships (not just closing tickets), this one fits. You’ll be the front door for buyer partners, keeping orders smooth, questions answered, and customers feeling taken care of.
About The Common Market

Quick backbone note: the pay is fair for customer support, and the schedule is clean. The “ideal near a hub” line is the only thing I’d watch, not because it’s a dealbreaker, but because it can quietly turn into occasional in-person asks. If you’re in or near Chicago, you’re positioned well.
Happy Hunting,
