The team is hybrid, with a San Francisco HQ and remote teammates across the US.
Schedule
- Part-time, remote (US nationwide)
- Must be able to work 9am–5pm PT
- If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, the role requires in-office work five days per week
What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and chat
⦁ Handle and coordinate product-specific inquiries with external stakeholders when needed
⦁ Help improve support processes and the overall customer journey by collaborating across departments
What You Need
⦁ 2–3 years of customer support experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
⦁ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
⦁ A proactive, creative problem-solving mindset that pushes issues to resolution, not limbo
