Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Flexible schedule — may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Salary range: $25–$28/hour DOE
What You’ll Do
- Provide support via email, chat, and phone to parents, teachers, and school staff
- Troubleshoot product questions, identify solutions, and follow through to resolution
- Document conversations and updates in ticketing system (Zendesk experience a plus)
- Escalate issues as needed and act as liaison with internal teams
- Maintain product knowledge, update help content, and contribute to support materials
- Participate in product testing and customer feedback loops
- Deliver warm, patient, thoughtful support — every interaction matters
What You Need
- Customer support or customer success background
- Experience in edtech, SIS platforms, or technical integrations (SFTP/API) preferred
- Strong communicator with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy and quick learner in a fast-moving environment
- Positive, proactive, and empathetic mindset
