They’ve grown profitably over the last two years and run a hybrid team: HQ is in San Francisco, with remote team members across the U.S.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Remote (U.S.)
- Note: If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, the policy is in-office 5 days/week
- Availability question in the application: 9am–5pm PT
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and chat
- Handle and coordinate product-specific inquiries with external stakeholders as needed
- Improve support workflows and processes with growth and scale in mind
- Help develop and continuously refine the customer journey
- Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams to improve customer experience
What You Need
- 2–3 years experience in a similar customer support role at a fast-paced startup
- Strong written communication and comfort speaking with all types of customers
- Independent and collaborative work style
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
- Self-starter attitude that fits a startup environment
