Schedule
Part-time role, remote nationwide. Must be able to work 9am–5pm PT. Remote-friendly, but if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, the role is in-office five days a week.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Be the first point of contact for customers via email and chat
⦁ Own product questions and coordinate with internal teams to get issues resolved
⦁ Improve support workflows and processes as the company scales
⦁ Help build and refine the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term success
⦁ Collaborate closely with multiple departments to continuously level up the customer experience

What You Need

⦁ 2–3 years in a similar customer support role, ideally at a fast-paced startup
⦁ Strong written communication and confidence talking to all types of customers
⦁ Ability to work independently while still being a great teammate
⦁ Creative problem-solving mindset, with comfort proposing fixes, not just reporting issues
⦁ Self-starter energy and resilience in an environment that moves fast
