Schedule
Part-time, remote (U.S.).
Must be able to work 9am–5pm PT.
If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, the role requires in-office work 5 days per week.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers via email and chat
Handle product questions and coordinate with internal teams to get issues resolved
Help improve support processes, documentation, and the overall customer journey as the company grows
Collaborate across departments to tighten the customer experience end-to-end
What You Need
2–3 years in a similar customer support role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong written communication, with the ability to talk to all kinds of customers without sounding scripted
Independent, proactive mindset, you do not just escalate problems, you propose fixes
Comfort working in a small team where priorities move fast and ownership matters
