This position would be a full-time opportunity that would require you to work over the weekend including EVERY Saturday and Sunday.

We’d love you to bring:

  • Are comfortable working weekends – you’ve done it before and have a lifestyle that supports it.
  • Can work hours 9AM-6PM EST
  • Experience working in a real estate position and/or experience speaking with real estate agents in a past professional role, understanding the fundamentals of the real estate industry.
  • Have prior experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account.
  • Real estate license is preferred, but not required if you do have experience working extensively with agents.
  • Handled high volume phone, chat, email, text, in app chat, etc. with speed and accuracy.
  • Proven success working independently, autonomously, & reliably, exceeding metrics, all with a positive attitude and smile on your face.
  • Be courageous in building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical chops – you can jump into new technology seamlessly & learn fast. We use Google, Zoom, Slack, and more.

As a Customer Success Specialist you will:

You will be the first point of contact for real estate agents & customers. Your goal is to effectively educate real estate agents on the details of the program, empower them to be able to pitch it to their clients, and leave them with the confidence that our team is here for them every step of the way. You’ll be the expert in navigating our apps and troubleshooting in a fast paced environment, and you’ll work closely with internal teams providing insightful, valuable feedback as it pertains to the customer journey.

  • Leverage your experience in real estate to be the first point of inbound contact with real estate agents & customers via phone, chat, email, text, in app chat, carrier pigeon, etc.
  • Educate real estate agents and customers on the Knock Home Swap value proposition, diving into detail on how it works, and sharing your subject matter expertise.
  • Answer & resolve homeowner and real estate agent questions regarding Knock’s programs and overcome their objectives, and/or route them to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Troubleshoot & provide technical assistance for our apps and other products, communicating internally and providing follow up with the client.
  • Follow up on social media posts.
  • Work all channels within specified SLA’s while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Work autonomously, continuously learning, and are expected to adhere to meeting schedules/times and prioritize accordingly.
  • Continually learn, grow, and expand your knowledge, while also supporting others learning experiences; act as a mentor and be a resource for others inside and outside of your team
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise & always be willing to support your team where they need you
