Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt position
Flexible work schedules (market-dependent) with strong accountability to retention outcomes
What You’ll Do
• Proactively contact customers showing churn risk and execute retention strategies through outbound outreach
• Reactivate accounts and resolve issues that block continued use, including payment challenges and product questions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on migration and growth plans
• Manage ongoing customer relationships, run satisfaction surveys, and share insights to improve the customer experience
• Provide technical and product support as needed to keep customers successful and engaged
• Track activity and outcomes in CRM tools and stay organized across a high-volume book of relationships
What You Need
• Hands-on experience in customer success, retention/reactivation, sales, or a similar client-facing role
• Fluency or native-level Spanish (must-have)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a relationship-first mindset
• Solid problem-solving instincts and a proactive, positive approach
• Strong organization and time management with a track record of consistent follow-through
• Comfort using CRMs and support tools (Salesforce, Zowie, Google Suite or similar)

• Base salary $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonus (non-exempt)
